The OnePlus 15 is still warming our hands, but OnePlus has not finished with new products for 2025 just yet.

On December 17 it will fully announce the already expected OnePlus 15R, along with a new tablet and a new smartwatch.

The OnePlus 15R

OnePlus’s R-series phones are similar to its full flagship devices, but with a few specification changes to help give it a final price that’s even more tempting. The OnePlus 13R captured our attention right from the start, and is one of the year’s best midrange buys.

The OnePlus 15R could do the same when it’s revealed on December 17, but the company is keeping quiet about its specification for now. However, it has let slip a few details.

It will have impressive durability, matching the OnePlus 15’s IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K dust and water resistance rating. The phone will come in two colors, Charcoal Black and Mint Breeze, which are different to the OnePlus 15’s shades.

Although it’s not confirmed yet, we expect the OnePlus 15R to be the first phone to use the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor. We’re keen to see how this mysterious chip compares with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 in the OnePlus 15.

OnePlus Pad Go 2

OnePlus will sell the OnePlus 15R in the U.S., and it’s also going to bring a new tablet with it. The OnePlus Pad Go 2 follows on from the aging OnePlus Pad Go, and will sit below the impressive OnePlus Pad 3 in the brand’s tablet range.

There will be two color options, Lavender Drift and Shadow Black, with the black version being the first OnePlus tablet to offer a 5G connection. The tablet will also be compatible with a new OnePlus stylus.

We really liked the OnePlus Pad Lite, and the new OnePlus Pad Go 2 may be a U.S. version of this excellent value Android tablet. We’ll know more on December 17.

OnePlus Watch Lite

The final new product coming on December 17 is the OnePlus Watch Lite. It’s described as:

Designed to bring flagship-level health and fitness features to an even more accessible price point

This means it’ll almost certainly sit below the OnePlus Watch 3 in the range. It’ll be available in a single Silver Steel finish. OnePlus has not indicated whether the smartwatch will run Google’s Wear OS software, or if it will also share the OnePlus Watch 3’s innovative dual-chip system.

Unlike the OnePlus Pad Go 2 and the OnePlus 15R, the OnePlus Watch Lite will not be sold in the U.S., and will instead only be available in Europe.
