Samsung surprises with a rare update for the Galaxy Buds 2 and Buds 2 Pro

The focus is on boosting stability and fixing those pesky bugs from the last version, so your Buds should run a little better overall. There are no major surprises, but it’s a solid step toward a smoother listening experience.

With this new firmware, Samsung aims to make every use of the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro a bit better by tightening up stability. As the update rolls out worldwide, more users will get to enjoy the more polished experience it brings.

To update your Galaxy Buds 2 or 2 Pro, open the Galaxy Wearable app, go to Earbuds Settings, and tap Earbuds Software Update. The update will download and install automatically. Just make sure your earbuds are fully charged before starting.
