Samsung’s next major Fan Edition offering, the Galaxy S25 FE, is en route. With the device expected to be released sometime in October, whispers about it have started getting louder.

We already have a good idea surrounding the S25-based Fan Edition device’s design and some of its specs, and with its eventual release inching closer, we’re now also starting to hear about the different colorways and storage configurations the device will be available in.

Similar to the S24 FE, Samsung will offer the upcoming Fan Edition in four distinct colorways. As highlighted by reliable Samsung tipster Arsène Lupin on X (via Android Headlines), the new colors include Navy, Icyblue, Jetblack, and White.

Previous Fan Edition devices have featured several different shades of blue, so the inclusion of Navy and Icyblue isn’t all that surprising. More importantly, just take a peak at the Galaxy S25’s colorways, and you’ll know exactly why Samsung opted for these specific hues. Both Icyblue and Navy are prominent color options for the flagship Galaxy S25 and S25+ models.

Jetblack, on the other hand, could be a darker version of the familiar Graphite colorway, while White is expected to be, well, simply White. The device could be offered in other Samsung website-exclusive colorways.

On the internal spec-side, similar to its predecessor, the S25 FE is reported to stick with 128GB and 256GB storage options and 8GB RAM across the board. That’s the most popular configuration setup for mid-range devices, with Google’s Pixel 9a also offering the exact same memory and storage tiers.

45W charging expected to be onboard

Elsewhere, from what we already know about the device, it will rock a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display (the same screen size as the Galaxy S25+), a 120Hz refresh rate and a 2,600-nits peak brightness. Previous leaks have also suggested that Samsung has finally opted to use flexible OLED display panels on its FE devices, which should help make the S25 FE considerably slimmer than its predecessors.

The device could also match its flagship equivalent in another key aspect. The S25 FE is expected to boast 45W fast charging, which is the same charging speed offered by the Galaxy S25+ and S25 Ultra, albeit with the same 4,700mAh battery capacity as its predecessor.

The S25 FE is shaping up to be a compelling and safe option for those in the market for a mid-range device. Are you looking forward to the upcoming Fan Edition device? Or has a different mid-ranger caught your eye? Let us know in the comments below.
