The getOffsetBefore() method of java.time.zone.ZoneOffsetTransitionRule class is used to get the object of Zone offset at a particular instant where transition starts.
Syntax:
public ZoneOffset getOffsetBefore()
Parameter: this method does not accept any parameter.
Return Value: This method returns the object of Zone offset at a particular instant where transition starts.
