Google’s Pixel-exclusive At a Glance widget is starting to look more like a live dashboard than just a shortcut for weather and calendar events. Some Pixel phone owners are now reporting two new cards appearing in the widget: one for sports scores and one for stock information.

Images shared by users on Discord, Telegram, and Twitter and rounded up by Android Authority show the widget displaying soccer match results and stock performance. While the rollout appears limited for now, this lines up with earlier leaks that hinted at expanded support for sports (including cricket) and finance data inside SmartSpace, the Pixel Launcher’s built-in version of At a Glance.

At a Glance has been a mainstay of the Pixel experience for years, showing useful context like upcoming flights, package deliveries, commute info, and even earthquake alerts right on the lock screen or home screen. The Pixel-only version is far more powerful than the basic At a Glance widget available through the Google app, with 19 categories of contextual info powered by Android System Intelligence — the same system component behind Now Playing and Live Captions.

The addition of finance and sports suggests Google wants to make SmartSpace more of a one-stop hub. Sports appears to surface live scores directly, though so far only soccer has been spotted in the wild. Our earlier digging in the Android System Intelligence app revealed cricket was also in the pipeline, so it’s likely we’ll see additional sports supported once the feature matures.

The finance card is even more interesting. Based on the screenshots, it’s currently limited to tracking individual stocks, but strings found in previous app builds referenced a “Finance Recap.” That could mean daily market summaries after trading closes, highlighting major indexes and notable movers. It’s still apparently in the works, but it reads like something closer to a digest than a static watchlist.

These new cards also surfaced just weeks after we uncovered Google’s Gemini Space revamp of At a Glance, which showed signs of deeper customization and fresh info types, including birthdays and a “Daily Hub.” Together, the changes suggest Google is actively iterating on Pixel’s widget experience rather than letting it stagnate.

There’s no official word yet on when all Pixel owners can expect to see these cards, or how broad the rollout is meant to be at this time. But if you’ve been wishing your At a Glance widget and its upgraded live integrations would tell you whether your favorite club is winning or if your portfolio is tanking, keep an eye on your home screen; the update may already be waiting.
