It may be hard to believe, but Stranger Things made its debut a decade ago, giving us a fun story with some supernatural elements and a dash of mystery. Fast-forward to 2026, and many fans are finally able to put a close to the story, as the final season was delivered over the recent holiday weekend. Simply said, for many, it was a great way to bring in the new year.
Naturally, in order to get the word out about the last season of Stranger Things, we’ve seen promotional campaigns for the show roll out over the past couple of months, with cast and crew showing up in interviews, and pop-up experiences drumming up excitement across the world. It now looks like Samsung is getting in on the action, offering a free Stranger Things theme and wallpapers.

While there was plenty of hype surrounding the show just a couple of weeks ago, things have cooled down considerably since the final episodes were released. However, when it comes to free stuff, you really can’t complain, which is why some fans will welcome the new theme and wallpapers provided by Samsung.
If you’re looking to grab the Stranger Things theme from Samsung, you’ll need to download the Galaxy Store. This is a portal exclusive to Samsung devices that hosts games, apps, and other items. It’s important to grab the theme and wallpapers while you can because Samsung is only offering them for a limited time.
The download period begins today, and ends on February 22, 2026. So, you only have a short window to get it on your phone or tablet. Samsung has worked with Netflix in the past to bring similar themes and wallpapers to the Galaxy Store, so if you’ve been a long-time Samsung user, there’s a pretty good chance you’ve picked up some exclusives along the way.
Again, head to the Galaxy Store as soon as you can to pick up the new Stranger Things theme and wallpapers. You can check out the preview of what to expect in the image above. There appear to be five wallpapers in total, with different themes in each. Some are simpler, while others feature characters from the show.
What’s around the corner
With the new year kicking off, Samsung has been busy, showcasing new technologies at CES 2026. While it didn’t show off any new phones, it did show off its foldable display technology that may appear in future foldables.
