Slides & Scripts: Architectural Choices That Impact Performance of SQL Server

I have a very quiet month of December this year, with no prospect or customer visits nor any presentations at conferences or events like SQL Saturday or Code Camp. I’ve tried to make up the difference by doing some on-line presentations for PASS virtual groups.
