For most people, this range is going to deliver everything you’d need. The photo and video quality is good for most scenarios, and you’re also going to have access to Samsung’s AI tools that will be able to further refine photos and videos you take.

All-day battery life

Along with an efficient yet powerful chip running the show, you also get a large 4,900 battery that will provide tons of use over the course of a day. This is important because the less time your phone needs to spend on a charger, the less you have to worry about it dying on you during critical moments. However, if you ever need to get it recharged, the Galaxy S25 FE has excellent charging capabilities, with 45W wired and 15W wireless. The phone offers impressive value at this new price, and even becomes one of our budget mid-range phones to recommend. Not only are you getting good hardware, but the software experience is there too. Like many of its better phones, Samsung promises to deliver seven years of Android updates.

Samsung’s commitment to software updates is what allows this phone to have better value. Because without critical updates, a phone can only last so long.
