Recent leaks have already uncovered nearly every detail about the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Flip 7. Now, a fresh leak fills in the remaining gaps, leaving almost nothing about these foldables to the imagination. Besides confirming the color options and the 200MP rear camera on the Z Fold 7, Samsung’s leaked marketing materials confirm its upcoming foldable will ditch two of its iconic features for good.

Unlike the Galaxy S25 Ultra and its predecessors, Samsung’s flagship foldables do not sport a dedicated S Pen slot. However, they still support the Bluetooth stylus, with the company selling an optional S Pen cover with a built-in holder.

Leaked marketing materials, which Samsung shares with its retailers, do not mention anything about S Pen support or an S Pen cover for the Z Fold 7. This indicates Samsung might drop S Pen support with its flagship foldable this year.

confirming the under screen camera is _so_ gone. and again, no S Pen in sight. *this is official Samsung marketing collateral, the stuff they give to retailers to use in product listings, highlighting specific features.

The marketing images also confirm that the Galaxy Z Fold 7 will replace the under-display camera on the inner folding screen with a regular selfie camera. While this switch might break the immersive experience, it should noticeably improve image quality.

The Z Fold 7’s battery capacity will remain unchanged from its predecessor at 4,400mAh, with the promo pictures claiming it will offer up to 24 hours of video playback runtime.

Galaxy Z Flip 7’s cover display to get Now Brief integration

Another set of promo materials highlights how Samsung plans to use the Z Flip 7’s larger cover display to show the Morning Brief and, presumably, other Now Bar elements. It will also be capable of hitting a peak brightness of 2,600 nits. Thanks to a bigger 4300mAh battery, the Z Flip 7 will provide a claimed video playback of up to 31 hours.

Lastly, an image shared by leaker @MysteryLupin confirms the Galaxy Z Flip 7 and Flip 7 FE will ship with Android 16 out of the box. This should make them the first devices worldwide to debut with the latest Android release.
