With the help of method, we can check whether a value is present in the interval or not by using
sympy.Interval().contains()
method.
Syntax :
sympy.Interval(x, y).contains(value)
Return : Return the boolean value True or False.
Example #1 :
In this example we can see that by using sympy.Interval().contains()
method, we are able to get the boolean values if value is present in the interval or not.
# import sympy, Interval from sympy import Interval # Using sympy.Interval().contains() method gfg = Interval( 5 , 10 ).contains( 7 ) print (gfg) |
Output :
True
Example #2 :
# import sympy, Interval from sympy import Interval # Using sympy.Interval().contains() method gfg = Interval( 0 , 1 ).contains( 1.5 ) print (gfg) |
Output :
False
