Python | Numpy matrix.max()

With the help of Numpy matrix.max() method, we can get the maximum value from given matrix.

Syntax : matrix.max()

Return : Return maximum value from given matrix

Example #1 :
In this example we can see that we are able to get the maximum value from a given matrix with the help of method matrix.max().




# import the important module in python
import numpy as np
          
# make matrix with numpy
gfg = np.matrix('[64, 1; 12, 3]')
          
# applying matrix.max() method
Lazyroar = gfg.max()
    
print(Lazyroar)


Output:

64

# make a matrix with numpy
gfg = np.matrix('[1, 2, 3; 4, 5, 6; 7, 8, 9]')
          
# applying matrix.max() method
