Jailbreak tweaks of the week: 3DSettingsInfo, CCVPN, ShutUpCr4shed, & more…

Happy Sunday to all our readers! It’s a day we regularly use to brief our community about everything new that’s happening in the jailbreak community, and this Sunday won’t be any different.

In today’s piece, we’ll discuss all the latest jailbreak tweak releases and all recent jailbreak news developments spanning the week of Monday, February 7th to Sunday, February 13th.

As always, we’ll start this shindig with a rundown of our favorite releases from this past week. Afterward, we’ll outline every other release along with all the jailbreak-centric news we showed you until today.

Our favorite releases this week

3DSettingsInfo – FREE

For when you want to see more detailed information about your iPhone or iPad at a glance without having to navigate the Settings app, 3DSettingsInfo lends some help.

This jailbreak tweak lets you see battery health data, cellular data speeds, and your current connected Wi-Fi network by using a 3D Touch or Haptic Touch gesture on the Settings app icon from the Home Screen.

You can learn all about 3DSettingsInfo and how it works in our full review post.

CCBG – FREE

Sometimes you want a different look for the things you use every day on your iPhone or iPad, and Control Center isn’t really any different.

CCBG is a free jailbreak tweak that lets users colorize the background of the Control Center interface however they want.

You can learn more about CCBG and how it works in our full review post.

CCVPN – FREE

For whatever reason, Apple doesn’t provide a VPN toggle with Control Center out of the box.

CCVPN is an add-on for jailbroken devices that fixes this, allowing you to toggle your VPN directly from Control Center as you should be able to.

You can learn all about CCVPN in our full review post.

ShutUpCr4shed – FREE

The Cr4shed app is commonly used on jailbroken iPhones and iPads to monitor and share crash reports with jailbreak tweak developers during the process of troubleshooting. On the other hand, a known jetsam issue tends to result in a higher number of arbitrary crash reports that aren’t really all that problematic.

You can use a free jailbreak tweak called ShutUpCr4shed to silence some of those unnecessary crash reports, allowing you to narrow your focus down to those that really matter.

You can find out more about ShutUpCr4shed and how it works in our full review post.
