Dopamine v1.1.11 released

The Dopamine rootless jailbreak for arm64e devices running iOS & iPadOS 15.0-15.4.1 was updated to version 1.1.11 on Monday with a handful of bug fixes and improvements that have been credited to the RootHide team.

Not only is this update recommended for existing users, but also for those who plan to use the Dopamine jailbreak tool for the first time.

RootHide v1.0.7 released

RootHide, the jailbreak detection bypass for the Dopamine jailbreak, was updated to version 1.0.7 this week with bug fixes and improvements.

The update includes a newer build of Sileo right out of the box so that users aren’t forced to update when installing it for the first time.

Misaka updates

The Misaka package manager app received more updates this week in order to improve the user experience of the popular no-jailbreak utility that hosts fun hacks and add-ons that take advantage of exploits in stock builds of iOS & iPadOS.

The iDB team has rounded up some of the best custom fonts that you can use for your Lock Screen’s date & time indicator on both jailbroken and non-jailbroken devices by way of the MacDirtyCow & kfd exploits.

Dopamine developer discusses Spinlock issue

The elusive Spinlock Timeout Panic that seems to affect jailbreakers using Dopamine has been a thorn in the jailbreak developer’s side since the tool’s inception, but it remains to be seen whether this can be effectively fixed.

The developer laid everything out in a detailed post shared to GitHub this week, and it’s worth a read if the technical explanations behind things like this interest you.
