- Select Billing from the menu on the left.
- Turn off auto-renewal by clicking on Subscriptions and then on Manage.

- Start a live chat by typing “livechat” into the chat box.

If you purchased your NordVPN subscription online, you can follow the method outlined above to cancel your subscription and then uninstall NordVPN from your iOS device. However, if you subscribed via the Apple App Store, you’ll need to follow these instructions:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top of the Settings menu and then choose Subscriptions.
- Find NordVPN on the list and tap Cancel Subscription.
- To get your refund, you then need to go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Log in using your Apple ID, then under “What can we help you with?”, select Request a refund.

If you purchased your NordVPN subscription online, you can follow the Windows/Mac computer instructions outlined above. However, if you subscribed through the Google Play Store and it’s been less than 48 hours since you first subscribed, you’ll need to follow these instructions (if it’s been longer than that, you should follow the desktop instructions laid out above).
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- At the top right, tap the profile icon and then choose Payments & subscriptions.
- Tap Subscriptions and find NordVPN on the list, then tap Cancel Subscription.
- Navigate to play.google.com. In the top right corner, select your Profile picture.
- Choose Payments & subscriptions followed by Budget & order history.
- Identify the order you wish to return and select Report a problem. Then, choose the option that best fits your situation.
