Give your friends 10% off the Pixel 10 with Google’s referral program

In 2024, Google launched a Pixel Referral Program a few months after the launch of the Pixel 9 series. The program allowed you to share referral codes with friends, giving them a 10% discount. And as a bonus, you get a $50 store credit every time someone buys a Pixel with your referral code. Following the launch of the Pixel 10, the company is bringing back the Referral Program with the same benefits.

Google is emailing Pixel owners in the US about its Pixel Referral Program. Each user receives 10 one-time codes that friends or family can redeem when buying a Pixel 10 from the Google Store, giving them 10% off their purchase (via 9to5Google).

The codes are valid until February 28, 2026. More importantly, your referred friend or family member can stack the code on top of other discounts and promotional offers on the Google Store. However, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and December holiday offers are specifically excluded.

There’s another catch: a referral code can only be used by someone who hasn’t redeemed one before.

You’ll get a $50 Google Store credit 15 days after the return period ends on your friend’s or family’s Pixel 10 purchase using your referral code. If all 10 referral codes are used up, you can earn up to $500 in Google Store credit, which is valid for one year.

Pixel Referral Program is invite-only

Do note that not all Pixel owners are eligible to be a part of the referral program; Google is only providing access to select users. Google’s FAQ says, “to be eligible to refer a friend, you (Code Giver) must have opted in to receive Pixel emails as of the launch of this program.”

Google’s launch-day Pixel 10 offers have expired, so the additional 10% discount can help sweeten the deal if you need to immediately buy the phone. Otherwise, consider holding off until the Google Store’s Black Friday sale goes live.
