On any stock iPhone or iPad, swiping left or right on the Home Screen results in a paging effect as you move from one page to the next. This paging animation automatically locks your focus to the next or previous page of app icons, dependent on which way you swiped.
Some people like the paging animation, but it’s something that has been around since the dawn of the iPhone. If you’d prefer something a little different, then we might suggest checking out a new and free jailbreak tweak release called Flowing by iOS developer TitanD3v.
Just as the tweak’s name implies, flowing removes the Home Screen’s paging animation and replaces it with a smoothly flowing scroll. For example, you could swipe from page one to page five without ever being snapped to any particular page of your Home Screen.

It’s worth noting that Flowing doesn’t have any options to configure, so what you see is ultimately what you’re going to get. I’ll admit that the flowing effect takes some getting used to after being so accustomed to iOS’ paging Home Screen animation for so many years, but once you get used to it, you may not ever want to go back.
