Fixes in SentryOne Plan Explorer 18.4.5

Today we have released a new build of SentryOne Plan Explorer: 18.4.5, with four fixes.

Both of these errors occurred due to improper handling of data coming out of the statistics histogram for a datetime column.

In a few smaller resolutions (e.g. 1344×756), these dialogs were clipped in such a way that the OK / Cancel buttons were not visible. We are still working out a few issues with High DPI handling that were introduced by changes to the underlying components we use so, if you come across any issues, please let me know or contact support.

This is literally this simple: When adding the “Edit Connection” button to the toolbar, I forgot to spec out an icon to go with it.
