For what it’s worth, we already know a lot about the top-of-the-line OnePlus 13, considering that the device has already made its debut in China. Information about the OnePlus 13R, however, is few and far between. What we do know is that the mid-range device, which will be known globally as the OnePlus 13R, will be based on the OnePlus Ace 5 — which is set to be unveiled in China on Boxing Day.

The device was previously rumored to sport a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, and a significant battery boost — we can now confirm those to be true, thanks to an official ‘new launch’ listing for the OnePlus 13R on Amazon India.

The device will feature a massive 6,000mAh battery

As spotted by Tom’s Guide, the ‘OnePlus new launch’ listing is still live on Amazon India, and it essentially leaves very little to imagination. Like previously speculated, the device will indeed hop on the flat-screen, flat-side bandwagon, complete with rounded edges. The rear camera setup looks identical to the one seen on the OnePlus 12R, though it doesn’t extend all the way to the device’s edge. The device will retain its alert slider on the left, with the power button and volume rocker sitting snug on the right.

The listing highlights the device in Silver and Black colorways. It is unclear if the device will be available in any additional colors — we’re leaning towards no, considering that the OnePlus 12R was also only available in two color options.

Beyond what could be gleaned from images, the listing also highlights several key features and specifications that we can expect to see on the OnePlus 13R:

  • A massive 6,000mAh battery, up from 5,500 on the OnePlus 12R.
  • OnePlus AI integration for notes, cleaning up text, formatting, tone adjustment, summaries, filler-free voice transcriptions, and more.
  • OnePlus AI integration for photo editing.
  • OnePlus AI integration ‘Intelligent Search.’
  • Enhanced photography.

The OnePlus 13R will grace the international stage on January 7, 2025, offering a balance between flagship features and a price tag that doesn’t break the bank.
