Lars Fröder (opa334) released version 1.0.3 of the Dopamine jailbreak tool for A12-A15 devices running iOS & iPadOS 15.0-15.4.1 on Sunday with some bug fixes and improvements that will benefit end users.
Fröder first announced the update via Twitter, linking to the GitHub page where Dopamine’s source code. And be viewed, along with links to download the latest build, as shown above.
Citing the change log, we can gather that Dopamine v1.0.3 brings the following changes:
– Make jailbreakd more memory efficient and fix some small memory leaks
– Remove hacky way to disable Jetsam for jailbreakd, maybe this fixes the spinlock panics, but it’s a really far stretch so I doubt it
– The update option inside the Dopamine app should now also work when the device is not jailbroken
– (15.0 -15.3.1) Increase delay after disabling wifi because some people claimed it would improve the success rate
If you’re an existing Dopamine jailbreak user, then you can either update by using the over the air (OTA) update mechanism at the bottom of the app or by downloading and installing the latest .tipa file manually.

It’s worth noting that Dopamine is a rootless jailbreak, so although some jailbreak tweaks aren’t yet compatible with it, A12-A15 devices running iOS & iPadOS 15.0-15.1.1 have the option of running the XinaA15 jailbreak alongside it, which emulates a rootful environment.
