While it’s my opinion that there’s no question iOS & iPadOS 26 drew inspiration for the new Liquid Glass aesthetic from ideas that have floated in the jailbreak community for more than a decade (just take a look at the classic GlasKlart theme to see why I feel that way), it’s typical of Apple to do things their way.
If you’re a fan of the new Liquid Glass aesthetic and want to have Apple’s in-house take on this design language on your jailbroken iPhone or iPad, then you might want to try a new and free jailbreak tweak called CC26 by iOS developer therealhoodboy.
As you can see in the screenshot example embedded above, CC26 brings a Liquid Glass-inspired aesthetic to your jailbroken device’s Control Center interface. It includes not only the see-through toggle buttons, but also the somewhat lacking background blur that Apple shipped in the first beta and then fixed in the second beta.
CC26 is, in and of itself, in beta. The developer is not only testing the tweak across many devices and firmware combinations, but also waiting to see how Apple further refines the iOS & iPadOS 26 Control Center appearance before publicly releasing the software update later this Fall.
At this time, CC26 is available for free from the developer’s GitHub repository, which you can add to your package manager app of choice by using the URL that we’ve provided below:

When the CC26 tweak comes out of beta, the developer notes in the /r/jailbreak release thread that it will be made available on the Chariz repository. Moreover, the developer says that more features are on the way, but isn’t specific about what exactly such new features might be. We’ll have to wait and see.
CC26 is currently validated to work on jailbroken iOS 16 devices, and may also support other firmware versions, albeit untested at this time. There are no options to configure at the time of this writing, but that could change when new features get added.
