We’ve seen this phone on sale before, but the Scarlet Wave edition is now at its lowest price, coming in at just $200. That’s half off the retail price of the Moto G Stylus 5G, which means you’re getting a ton of phone for a price that’s really hard to ignore. While we love the hardware, the stylus is what’s really going to get your attention first.

It’s one of the few Android phones on the market that actually has one, and one of the only ones that does that comes in at under $250. It’s great for taking notes, and you can even sketch out things on the fly, making the G Stylus a fantastic pocket companion. Get it while it’s on sale, you can even pick up the Caramel Latte color for the same price.

The budget phone with a stylus just got even cheaper

The Moto G Stylus 5G delivers if you’re looking for a midrange phone with a stylus, with a great design, display, and battery life. You get a 6.7-inch pOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, along with a powerful Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chip that’s paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

It features a large 5,000mAh battery, which is good for all day use, and also offers 30W wired and 15W wireless charging. Not the quickest speed, but it’s enough to get you up and running if you’re pressed for time. The phone also has dual cameras on the rear with a 50MP main and 13MP ultrawide. There’s a 32MP front-facing camera which is great for video calls.

When it comes to software, this phone comes with Android 14 and Motorola provides support with one major OS update and three years of security updates. It’s behind other manufacturers that deliver more, so if you want better support, you’ll have to move up to Samsung’s Galaxy S24 or S25 Ultra, which are both quite a bit more.

Not a bad piece of hardware for $200. It has all the things you want from a modern Android phone, along with stylus support. Grab it now before the discounts gone.
