Jailbreak tweaks of the week: FPSIndicator, Library Card, SettingsButtons, & more…

Things have felt slower than usual with regard to jailbreak tweak releases recently, but that’s to be expected when iOS & iPadOS 14 aren’t ideally jailbreakable on every available device as of yet.

Regardless, we’re back with yet another roundup encompassing all the jailbreak tweak releases and the best jailbreak news to keep you apprised as it happens. This roundup will go over everything from Monday, December 7th to Sunday, December 13th.

Our favorite releases this week

FPSIndicator – FREE

If you care as much about the gaming performance of your iPhone or iPad as you do about the gaming performance of your gaming console or PC, then you might like a jailbreak tweak called FPSIndicator.

This tweak adds a configurable frames-per-second counter to the top-right of the display when you play games so that you can monitor device performance.

You can learn more about FPSIndicator in our full review.

Library Card – FREE

Unlike an iPhone with iOS 14 installed on it, an iPad with iPadOS 14 installed on it does not have access to the App Library.

Library Card is a new jailbreak tweak that allows users to hide iPad apps to the App Library to get them off the Home Screen, and it seeks to add support for the full-blown App Library in a future update.

You can learn more about Library Card in our full review.

SettingsButtons – FREE

SettingsButtons adds useful and convenient buttons to the Navigation Bar in your Settings app for toggling Dark Mode, entering Safe Mode, or respringing your device.

You can learn more about why this tweak is so convenient in our full review.

More important jailbreak news

Saurik: Jay Freeman, the founder of the Cydia Store and package manager, sued Apple this past week over anti-competitive behavior.

That brings this week’s jailbreak tweak and news roundup to a close, but we’d strongly suggest keeping it tuned to Lazyroar throughout the coming week to keep yourself up to date on the latest jailbreak tweak news and releases as they materialize.

Miss last week’s roundup? Ekip, Grounded, Snoverlay 2, & more…
