Samsung unveiled a bunch of new devices at Galaxy Unpacked 2025 earlier this month, but it turns out there’s still more in the pipeline. During its Q2 2025 earnings call, the company made it official: the Galaxy Tab S11 series is coming later this year.

Samsung used its Q2 earnings report to drop a few hints about what’s coming next. The spotlight is mostly on its teased tri-fold device, but it also confirmed the Galaxy Tab S11 series is on the way. Here’s what the company had to say (via 9to5Google):

“Beyond smartphones, we are accelerating our ecosystem strategy in the second half of the year with a range of new products designed to maximize Galaxy’s competitive edge, including the next-generation form factor. First, we are set to release the Galaxy Tab S11 series, powered by enhanced AI capabilities and new mid-tier and entry-level models will complete our portfolio.”

If Samsung sticks to last year’s timeline, the Galaxy Tab S11 lineup should arrive soon, likely around September, just like in 2024.

Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra may pack a bigger battery

Details on the Galaxy Tab S11 are still pretty limited, but it’s expected to launch with both a regular and an Ultra model, aiming to go head-to-head with the top Android tablets out there.

A new certification listing recently revealed some specs on the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra, and it seems to be getting a bigger 11,600mAh battery, up 400mAh from the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra. That said, it’s likely to be sticking with the same 45W fast charging.

Samsung usually sticks to a consistent release pattern for its Galaxy Tab S series, with launches happening in the latter half of the year. So, based on its recent earnings call, it’s safe to expect the Galaxy Tab S11 series to follow that same timeline.
