Samsung’s foldable phones for 2025 were just announced, and, for the most part, they’re pretty impressive, offering major improvements over last year’s models. The Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE is the latest addition to the lineup, and is meant to be an affordable option, but doesn’t really hit the mark with its $900 price tag.

Luckily, we can look to other brands to fill the gap, like Motorola with its fantastic Razr lineup. The best part is that you can now score the Razr 2024 for just $500 during Amazon’s Prime Day sale. You get a large cover display, plenty of power under the hood, and excellent software. Just be sure to act fast because a deal like this won’t be around for long.

What’s great about the Motorola Razr 2024?

This is one of those phones that looks absolutely stunning and comes in at a price that’s hard to resist. The phone scored top marks in our review, delivering a ton of bang for the buck, even with its original price tag. Now at just $500, this phone becomes an absolute no-brainer if you’re looking to buy a foldable phone for less.

When it comes to the hardware, this phone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7300X chip with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. You also get a large 6.9-inch pOLED inner display with a refresh rate of 120Hz, and a 3.6-inch cover display with a refresh rate of 90Hz. Both displays are good, providing colors that pop, so you won’t be disappointed.

In addition, you also get a 4,200mAh battery, wired and wireless charging, along with a 50MP main camera and 13MP ultrawide camera on the rear. There’s also a 32MP camera on the inside display as well, which is perfect for video calls and selfies. These aren’t going to be the best cameras on the market, but they get the job done.

Furthermore, Motorola also makes its Razr handset quite durable thanks to an IPX8 rating that will protect the device from liquids. The software on the phone is pretty straightforward, with Motorola doing very little to stray from the stock Android experience. Perhaps the only thing to be concerned about with this phone are the updates.

The good news is that this phone has been updated to Android 15. Of course, Google recently pushed out its Android 16 release, but it’s unclear when Motorola will offer this update. Overall, this is a fantastic foldable phone to go with. You’re getting a ton of value here, especially at its current price.
