Slides and samples from SQL Saturday Holland

This morning, I gave my T-SQL : Bad Habits and Best Practices session to a packed house at SQL Saturday #434 in Utrecht, Netherlands. Caught everyone in the room with my shorthand pop quiz, which is always fun.
