Fabric.js is a JavaScript library that is used to work with canvas. The canvas Itext is one of the class of Fabric.js that is used to create Itext instances. The canvas Itext means the Itext is movable and can be stretched according to requirement. In this article we will be using textBackgroundColor property to set the background color of the text lines in a canvas Itext.
First import the Fabric.js library. After importing the library, create a canvas block in the body tag which will contain the Itext. After this, initialize an instance of Canvas and Itext class provided by Fabric.js and use the textBackgroundColor property to set the background color of the text lines.
Syntax:
fabric.Itext(Itext, { textBackgroundColor: string });
Parameters: This function takes a single parameter as mentioned above and described below:
- textBackgroundColor: This parameter takes a string value. It specifies the background color to be set.
Example: In this example, Fabric.js is used to set the textBackgroundColor property of the canvas Itext.
