ArtFull brings the iOS 17 Music app aesthetics to jailbroken devices

iOS 17 comes with a plethora of user interface improvements. Among those is a redesigned Music app with a sick new full-screen artwork view in the Now Playing interface.

If you’re jailbroken, then you just might be able to take advantage of a newly released and free jailbreak tweak called ArtFull by iOS developer ETHN, which brings an iOS 17-inspired Music app interface to pwned handsets.

As you can see for yourself in the screenshot examples above, ArtFull brings a beautiful full screen, faded experience to the album artwork of whatever it is you might be listening to.

The tweak also provides users with the sleek iOS 16 and later-style volume sliders on older versions of iOS, which is an added bonus for anyone who is using an older version.

ArtFull doesn’t come with any options to configure out of the box, so what you see is ultimately what you get. Installing the tweak enables this redesigned Music app user interface, while uninstalling it would disable it.

We should note that the tweak is only intended for Apple’s native Music app, so if you use an alternative app to listen to your music such as Spotify, Pandora, iHeartRadio, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, etc., then you won’t be able to take advantage of the tweak.

If you’re interested in taking a closer look at the new ArtFull jailbreak tweak, then you can do so from the Havoc repository via your favorite package manager app, where it’s available as a free download. ArtFull supports jailbroken iOS 14, 15, and 16 devices, including rootless jailbreaks such as Dopamine and palera1n.

ArtFull is also fully open source on the developer’s GitHub page for anyone that might be interested in learning more about how the tweak works under the hood.
