PASS Summit : I’m One of the Official Bloggers!

I’m very happy to announce that I’ve been selected as one of the official bloggers at this year’s PASS Summit. We’ll have special access to the people, sponsors, and events that make the summit, well, the Summit.

I’ve been at the bloggers’ table before, live-blogging the keynotes in multiple year (and typically causing a ruckus), but it was a largely informal thing in previous years. This year there was a formal application process, and it seems to be a pretty exclusive group of just 10 people.

PASS is now 20 years old (Kevin Kline, one of the original executives, started blogging about its history – see part 1 and part 2). I haven’t been to every PASS Summit; the first one I was afforded to attend was in Grapevine, TX. I went to, I think, 12 straight, but couldn’t attend the most recent two due to conflicts. Excited to be headed back, once again conflict-free.

Hope to see you there. And if you can’t be at this year’s event, hopefully I’ll be able to give you as much of a live experience as possible.
