Our SentryOne product documentation was in need of a little love. We’re thrilled to announce the new SentryOne documentation is now available at docs.geeksforgeeks.org! This new website is an updated central library of SentryOne guides, videos, support articles, and blogs. Let’s take a look at some of the highlights within the new SentryOne documentation website.
Table of Contents
We’ve consolidated the Quick Start, User, and Plan Explorer guides into a single table of contents and revamped the information architecture for improved usability. You’ll see more familiar sections, such as Installation, Getting Started, and Administration.
Glossary
SentryOne-specific terms and definitions appear in the Glossary. Glossary terms are underlined the first time they appear in an article. Hover over the underlined word to see the definition.

The Search tool is available in the upper-right corner of the website. You can use the Refine option to narrow search results to specific sections of the documentation.

Popular/Updated/New Articles
This section keeps you informed of the status of the SentryOne documentation articles.
- Popular Articles—These are the articles with the most views.
- Updated Articles—Articles flagged as Updated have recent updates worth mentioning (i.e., changes more significant than fixing a typo or formatting issue).
- New Articles—These articles most likely cover a major new product feature.

The table of contents displays boxes with a number, such as a gray box containing a 1 or red box with a 2, indicating that the highlighted section contains updated articles (gray) or new articles (red).

Video Integration
Whenever you see the video icon before the title of an article, that means there is an embedded video tutorial within the article. Be sure to thank Lori Edwards and Jim Holden from the SentryOne training team for these gems!
