Add Media files in WordPress: WordPress allows users to add media files to their websites. The media files can be of any kind like videos, audio, and images.
Let’s see the steps to Add Media files in WordPress Easily and Quickly :
Step 1: Go to the WordPress login panel and provide the username and password to log in to the WordPress Dashboard. You can access the login panel by adding /wp-login.php at the end of your website URL.
After login into WordPress, you will be able to see a dashboard like this:
Step 2: We have to search and open the Media. For that:
From the menu option on the left side, there are many options. Go to the Media.
After clicking on Media, you will see a similar Page like this:
Step 3: Now you just need to go to the ‘Add New ‘ button to add the media. There are two ways to add media by uploading the object and providing the URL.
URL: If you want to add media using URL, click on the dropdown near the ‘Add New ‘ button.
And then Click on ‘Add Via URL’ and provide the URL and then click on Upload Button
Direct Upload: Here I am adding media using uploading the object. Click on the ‘Add New ‘ button.
After Clicking, you will see a similar pop window like this:
Select the file and object to be uploaded and click on the open button. After clicking, you will be able to see the list of media files added as shown in the following screenshot.
