The Imagick::gammaImage() function is an inbuilt function in PHP which is used to corrects the image by providing the Gamma-correction. The view of the same images on different devices will have perceptual differences in the way the image’s intensities are represented on the screen.
Syntax:
bool Imagick::gammaImage( $gamma, $channel )
Parameters: This function accepts two parameters as mentioned above and described below:
- $gamma: This parameter takes the amount of gamma-correction.
- $channel: This parameter takes the value of the channel. The value of default channel is Imagick::CHANNEL_DEFAULT.
Return Value: This function returns True on success.
