The _.strContains() method checks whether the given string contains the searched string or not.
Syntax:
_.strContains( string, searched_str);
Parameters: This method accepts two parameters as mentioned above and described below
- String: This method takes String in which search string is to be searched.
- Searched_str: This method takes a string to be searched.
Return Value: This method returns a boolean.
Note: This will not work in normal JavaScript because it requires the underscore.js contrib library to be installed.
underscore.js contrib library can be installed using npm install underscore-contrib –save.
