In this article, we are going to see how to set the inverted property of a Ellipse canvas using Fabric.js. This property is useful if the object is used as a clipPath. The Ellipse in Fabric.js can be stretched according to requirement. Further, the Ellipse can be customized when it comes to initial stroke color, fill color, stroke width, or radius.
To make it possible, we are going to use a JavaScript library called Fabric.js. After importing the library, we will create a canvas block in the body tag which will contain the Ellipse. After this, we will initialize instances of Canvas and Ellipse provided by Fabric.js and set the inverted property of the Ellipse using inverted property and render it on the Canvas as given in the below example.
Syntax:
fabric.Ellipse({ rx: number, ry: number, fill: string, inverted: boolean });
Parameters: This function accept four parameters as mentioned above and described below:
- rx: It specifies the horizontal radius.
- ry: It specifies the vertical radius.
- fill: It specifies the color to fill the ellipse.
- inverted: It is a boolean value that sets the inverted property of the Ellipse.
Example: This example uses Fabric.js to set the inverted property the canvas Ellipse.
