Duration toHoursPart() method in Java with Examples

The toHoursPart() method of Duration Class in java.time package is used get the value of this duration in number of hours by dividing the number of hours in a day.

Syntax:

public long toHoursPart()

Parameters: This method do not accepts any parameter.

Return Value: This method returns a long value which is the number of hours in this duration by dividing the number of hours in a day.

Below examples illustrate the Duration.toHoursPart() method:
