It didn’t take long. Apple seeded iOS 4.3 beta to developers yesterday and the iPhone 4 version has already been jailbroken, using an unofficial release of PwnageTool. This unofficial release will let you restore to a jailbroken iOS 4.3 version on iPhone 4 only.
I don’t recommend using this method. For one, it will update your baseband, thus making it impossible for you to unlock for the time being. Additionally, this method has not proven very successful to many users, making it a risky move. Ultimately, it’s your decision, but at least you’ve been warned…
In order to jailbreak your iPhone 4 iOS 4.3 beta, you will need the latest version of iTunes, iOS 4.3 beta (developers only) and the unofficial PwnageTool, which you will have to run in Expert Mode.
