With the help of sympy.Interval().intersect()
method, we can get the intersection of two sets by using sympy.Interval().intersect()
method.
Syntax :
sympy.Interval(x, y).intersect(Interval(x, y))
Return : Return the intersection of two sets.
Example #1 :
In this example we can see that by using sympy.Interval().intersect()
method, we are able to get the intersection of two sets.
# import sympy, Interval from sympy import Interval # Using sympy.Interval().intersect() method gfg = Interval( 5 , 10 ).intersect(Interval( 7 , 15 )) print (gfg) |
Output :
[7, 8, 9, 10]
Example #2 :
# import sympy, Interval from sympy import Interval # Using sympy.Interval().intersect() method gfg = Interval( 0.5 , 0.9 ).intersect(Interval( 0.7 , 1.2 )) print (gfg) |
Output :
[0.7, 0.8, 0.9]
