Decimal#is_qnan() : is_qnan() is a Decimal class method which checks whether the Decimal value is quite NaN value.
Syntax: Decimal.is_qnan()
Parameter: Decimal values
Return: true – if the Decimal value is quite NaN value; otherwise false
