PureKFD, the kfd exploit-based toolbox app and package manager all-in-one by iOS developer @lrdsnow received an important update to version 4.2 this week.
Citing a post shared via the PureKFD Discord server, we can gather that PureKFD v4.2 introduces the following changes for end users:
File manager:
– No longer uses kfd redirects if unsandboxed
Tweak application:
– No longer uses kfd redirects if unsandboxed
– Added misaka_binary (fixes palette)
– Added misaka_segment’s iOSVer (fixing quite a bit of tweaks)Repo System:
– Made it more dynamic
Tweak Install:
– Added basic queue system
App:
– Added loading increasing performance on lower end devices
– Increased general performanceExploit:
– Added M1/M2 support
– Added more puaf page optionsDeveloper/Tests:
– Added TrollStore install (KFD only)
– Added app manager (KFD only)
– Added pip test
If you’re an existing PureKFD user, then you can safely install the latest PureKFD .ipa file over your existing installation to take full advantage of what’s new in the latest release.

PureKFD, much like Misaka, offers a plethora of repositories where kfd exploit-centric hacks can be acquired from. These hacks work with iOS & iPadOS 16.0-16.6 beta 1 and do not require a jailbreak to use, but you can still use them even if you are jailbroken, which is nice.
