– Added functions to file manager and changed UI
– Fixed an issue where the hash value checked during installation was incorrect
– Added update check function
– Changed so that IP address is saved in IPConnect
Both new and existing users are advised to take advantage of the latest Misaka release, as it has all the latest bug fixes baked right in. Existing users can install it right over their existing installation to get the latest changes.
For those unaware of what Misaka does, it’s effectively a platform where users can download hacks for their iOS & iPadOS 15, 16, and 17 devices without the need of a jailbreak.
Available hacks include those that support the MacDirtyCow exploit for iOS & iPadOS 15.0-16.1.2 and the kfd exploit for iOS & iPadOS 16.0-16.6 beta 1. Misaka also allows JavaScript-based hacks and add-ons that take advantage of iOS’ native Picture in Picture (PiP) mode to display useful information ordinarily not possible on a stock device.
